We are currently working closely with the DfT in developing and providing advice on indicators for
congestion,
accessibility and bus punctuality to ensure that we have effective monitoring indicators. We are also looking at cost-effective household
interview surveys for monitoring indicators. We have found this collaboration to be most helpful and are keen for it to continue.
We would intend to discuss with the DfT at the earliest opportunity any technical problems and potential remedies arising
out of the monitoring programmes. Further, we would wish to seek DfT approval for any remedial action necessary to modify
our LTP work programmes to ensure that we achieve our targets
