December 2004 Settlement LetterThe Local Transport Programme Capital Programme financial settlement for the year 2005/6 was released by central government in December 2004. Each of the 10 Greater Manchester districts, plus the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority, received a settlement letter from the government which gave comments on the progress made towards targets, capital programme spend and information on major schemes (those over £5 million). These can be found on the DFT website.
